How to select the imprint colors?
The imprint color needs to be selected carefully by the customer. You should always choose a
light yet bright color which can display your message easily to the customer. Color contrast is
also recommended by our experts to highlight the imprint even more vividly. However, you can
totally go by your own judgment and choice. The company will not be responsible for the final
decision by customer.
When is the order expected to be delivered?
The customer are supposed to select a specific delivery date during the ordering process. Based
on that, the order will be manufactured, processed, printed and delivered to the given address.
We only incorporate Business Days for production and delivery.
Which option is better- Standard production or Rush production?
By Standard production time, it means that the estimated time will be taken for the completion
of task based on current capacities. In other words, it takes 10-12 Business Days for delivery of
In the case of Rush production, the order is guaranteed to be processed and manufactured
within the specified time period you select. In case the time is extended, our professionals of the
shipping department will accelerate the process absolutely free of cost as compensation for the
time that is lost.
What is the procedure for artwork or design submission?
We provide an online studio where you can design your own artwork. Other than that, there is
an option to submit your ordered or chosen artwork through a given link or option.
How do I trust the services before ordering?
Before your order is finalized, you can upload, position and check out a preview of the product.
In case one has placed an order without the design studio option, there is a digital proof which
get sent to your email address for approval. Due to a large volume of requests from customer,
we have a policy of providing previews only after the order is placed.
In which format shall the artwork be submitted?
The online design studio only accepts PDF,EPS,AI,JPG, PNG and GIF formats. High-resolution
artwork should be submitted for better clarity. However, if you are not using the design studio
option, a vector file format such as .ai or .cdr files are highly recommended. We also accept
photoshop PSD files.
Is copyright material allowed to be submitted?
The responsibility is not vested with our professionals to seek permission for producing logos,
trademarks or copyrights. Under any circumstances, the company officials will not be held
responsible for any copyright infringement issues by agreeing to print any design for the
customer.. We are a printing company and print as per the logo provided, hence it is the
responsibility of the customer if any infringement issues.
What are the carriers approached for shipping?
We use trusted shipping partners such as FedEx,UPS and DHL. Other than that, for orders less
than 100 quantity we use USPS as well.
What is the procedure to place a re-order?
It is very simple to place a re-order. For doing that, you need to log in to the website using your
credentials. Once you are logged in to your account, navigate to the order history tab. A history
of your previous orders will be displayed in front of you. You can place a re-order by clicking on
the small icon that says so.
